Beautiful pearls have been the gemstone representing co-founders Tara and J.R. Brown
since their wedding day in 2007. It began with their Honeymoon on the Tahitian island
of Moorea where they purchased their first tahitian black pearl as a married couple.
Intrigued by the beauty and mystery of this gem, they knew it would be cherished
for the rest of their lives just as their vows proclaimed.
On their first anniversary, they exchanged gifts of a white akoya pearl necklace
and earrings for Tara and sterling silver mother of pearl cufflinks for J.R. This
unplanned surprise of pearl gift giving is a memory they will cherish forever.
Then in 2009, the birth of their first child Madison brought great joy and adventure
into this new couple’s life. As a gift for her birth, Madison received a tiny freshwater
pearl baby bracelet which was defined with elegance and grace. At this point, Tara
and J.R. knew they would be in the pearl business finding and designing exquisite
